At Kitson LA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
